From its windows there is a fascinating view of Moscow’s historical center, and the interior with antique furniture, crystal chandeliers and works of art transports guests to a special era. Guests have at their disposal three refined rooms: a bedroom with a King Size bed, a spacious living room with a dining area and an office for work or relaxation. Modern technology, including a “Smart Home” system, ensures impeccable comfort. The atmosphere of sophistication is completed by a mini-bar with a wine refrigerator and a tea set made of imperial porcelain.

In the Bathroom

• Spacious bathroom with a bathtub, rain shower, underfloor heating, a 22-inch TV built into the mirror, as well as a separate 24-inch TV in the wall for maximum comfort.
• Lalique premium cosmetics, bathrobes and towels made of premium cotton.
• For guests with children, there are special children’s cosmetics from Italy, toothpaste with ice cream flavor and a toy duck for the bathroom.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 PM.
• Early check-in from 9:00 AM and late check-out until 6:00 PM are available at half the daily rate, upon availability of rooms.
• Loyalty program members enjoy more privileged conditions for extending their stay.

Spacious Secured Parking

• Metropol Hotel guests have access to a large, secured parking area — your car will remain completely safe for the duration of your stay.
• The rate for hotel guests is 4,000 RUB per day.
• Hourly rates are also available: 800 RUB on weekdays and 900 RUB on weekends.

Care for Our Little Guests

• Children under 6 stay free of charge, with baby cots available upon request. For children aged 6–12, an extra bed can be provided for an additional fee.
• A soft toy gift upon arrival and a sweet welcome treat in the room;
• Italian children’s toiletries and ice-cream flavored toothpaste, along with a soft bathrobe and slippers;
• Board games available in the room upon request;
• High chairs and special children’s dishes on the breakfast menu.

Pet-Friendly Accommodation

• At Metropol, guests may stay with pets weighing up to 10 kg. For your furry companions, bowls, a soft bed, and pet pads are provided.
• A non-refundable pet deposit of 10,000 RUB applies for stays of up to 7 days.
• Accommodation with a guide dog is complimentary upon presentation of the required documentation.
