The 100 sq. m. house, including a terrace, is located on a 10.5-acre plot.

Two parking spaces are available.

The house is completely fenced and

suitable for year-round use. It features adjustable convector heaters, heated floors, and air conditioning.

Ideal for 6 people, the house can accommodate 8 people with equal comfort.

• Two separate bedrooms:

1st bedroom: bed 160*200

2nd bedroom: bed 160*200

3rd bedroom: 2 single beds 80*200

• Large living room with a comfortable sofa bed (160*200) combined with a kitchen and dining area

• The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for serving and cooking, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle. There is also a built-in drinking water filter.

The house has WI-FI, SMART TV

• Combined bathroom with shower, heated towel rail, hairdryer and all necessary personal hygiene products (cotton swabs, cotton pads, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, towels)

The price in the calendar is for two guests and depends on the season, days of the week, holidays, and the number of guests. Please indicate the current number of guests, including children from 3 years old, when booking. Check-

Refundable deposit of 10,000₽, returned after cleaning, provided that all property is undamaged.
