Booking data: name, email, phone and WhatsApp number, preferred language, traveller names and ages, travel dates, pick-up details, flight numbers, special requests (for example dietary or accessibility needs) and, for hotel or visa support, passport details. Account data: login email and order history if you create a customer account. Technical data: IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the website to work.
Card details are entered only on the secure page of our payment partner; ZEENTRAVEL never sees or stores full card numbers.
To process and confirm your bookings, communicate with you about your trip, pass the necessary details to hotels, drivers, guides and activity providers, issue payment links and invoices, respond to your requests, comply with legal and accounting obligations, and improve our website. We send marketing messages only with your consent and you can opt out at any time.
Only the partners needed to deliver your booking (hotels, transport companies, guides, activity suppliers), our payment provider, our hosting and email providers, and public authorities where the law requires it (for example hotel guest registration in Russia). We do not sell personal data.
Personal data is stored on servers located in the Russian Federation and in the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards. Data about guests from outside Russia is transferred to Russian suppliers only to the extent necessary to provide the booked services.
Booking and accounting records are kept for 5 years as required by Russian law; account data until you ask us to delete your account; marketing consents until withdrawn.
