These Terms govern every booking, request and purchase made through zeentravelgo.com and with the ZEENTRAVEL team. By sending a booking request or placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.
ZEENTRAVEL LLC (ООО «Зинтравел») is a travel company registered in the Russian Federation (INN 9703216289 · OGRN 1257700317930). We organise hotel accommodation, private tours and packages, experiences, private transfers and VIP services in Russia for individual travellers, families, groups and travel agencies.
Services on this website are either instant (confirmed as soon as payment is received) or on request (availability is confirmed by our team and partners, normally within 24 hours). Placing an order creates a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive our written confirmation by email or WhatsApp.
Prices are shown in Russian roubles (₽) and may be displayed in other currencies for information only; the amount charged is in roubles. Prices for on-request services may be adjusted to the final confirmed itinerary before payment.
No payment is taken on the website when you place an order. After we confirm your booking, we send you a secure payment link processed by our licensed payment partner, accepting Visa, Mastercard and MIR cards. Bank transfer is available for companies and travel agencies on request. Card details are never stored by ZEENTRAVEL.
Your booking is secured once the payment is received. Unpaid payment links expire after the period stated in the payment email; services may be released if payment is not received in time.
You are responsible for providing accurate traveller details (names as in passport, dates, contact numbers), for holding valid passports and visas for entry to the Russian Federation, and for complying with local laws and supplier rules (hotel check-in rules, age limits for activities, safety instructions). Children must be accompanied by an adult. Some activities require a minimum age, health condition or signed waiver from the supplier.
Changes and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and by the conditions of the specific hotel or supplier shown in your confirmation. Requests must be sent in writing to info@zeentravel.net or via WhatsApp.
ZEENTRAVEL acts as the organiser of the services and as the agent of hotels, carriers, guides and activity providers. We select partners carefully, but we are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (weather, force majeure, strikes, border or airline decisions, illness) or for the actions of independent suppliers. Weather-dependent activities are rescheduled or refunded where possible. Our liability for any booking is limited to the amount paid for that booking.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel and medical insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment and repatriation for every traveller.
If something is not right during your trip, contact your ZEENTRAVEL manager immediately on WhatsApp so that we can resolve it on the spot. Written complaints are accepted within 14 days after the end of the service and are answered within 10 working days.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the legislation of the Russian Federation (Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes that cannot be settled amicably are resolved by the competent court at the registered address of ZEENTRAVEL, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
